I have kids and wanted good public schools for them so that precluded living around Temple / MCPHU. That 30 miles converts to 1 1/4 hr commute in the morning and 45 minutes in the afternoon. The benefits of going to Temple would be price if you’re in state (but you have HPSP) or maybe the slightly better clinical experience (but the difference is insignificant).
