I do have signal lights in the side mirrors. The driver's side hyper flashes as does the front turn signal light. The rear turn signal and brake light work intermittently. Thanks for the suggestions. When I modified my flasher relay, I initially had 0.15 ohm resistors soldered in but still got the hyperflash. Added anther 0.15 ohm in series -same result. Swapped to 0.12 ohm resistors - same result. Then started adding resistors in parallel until the hyperflash stopped.
