2017+ Super Duty - 37s on level no rub offset - FYI, if you plan on fitting 37s on a level kit, they will rub. They don't rub enough to hurt anything but bothered the crap out of me. My solution was finding a wheel that still keeps them tucked under the fender. A +20 wheel is perfect.

I pull a 7-8k lb boat loaded. That was with the 6.0 of course and it pulled like a raped ape when it wasn't blown up. So the weight difference you're talking is maybe 5-10 lbs. Carli arms really are more about bling than function. They are notched to give 1/2" additional clearance at full steering lock. This is completely a non-issue with greater offset wheels and 37s.I had 7.3 with basically 35s, going from 3.73 to a 4.30 gearing was fantastic, with 37s your net would be slightly lower than 4.10 gearing on a stock tire. I think 4.56 would be too tall, I’d recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. I would go at least 4.88's if you tow anything remotely heavy.I have been running 37's on my 2012 F350 and now the 2022 F250. Carli lifts on both. Never the need for brake or slotted rotors. The stock factory 275-65-20 has roughly 7 inches as a comparison. Assuming similar air pressures and tire construction either 37” tire SHOULD be a little softer riding.

Here's mine w/ 37" Military Humvee take-offs: I'll be running 37s next, but the aftermarket bumpers give a lot more clearance and my lift springs move the axle forward slightly for more fender clearance. I am actually running 38 x 15.5 x 20 on a 4 inch lift.

I will have to say that our trucks look amazing with 37" tires if you are running a 6" lift. but if you do get 37s, then you will need to re-gear, otherwise your will lose power and your MPG will be robbed. 37s and 4.30 gears = 10-12mpg average with the camper loaded on trips in mtns and wherever. Best so far was 13.5mpg. 4WD off road exploring for days resulted in 9mpg. Rarely have driven empty but would be 14mpg or better depending. Trailer towing it is around 10mpg. Just got the PSC hydro assist ram installed.
