If you want these you can farm any Merciless Watcher glyph, but be prepared for patience. Not quite as good thrust gems, but not as rare, come from Undead Giants. These go up to 28.7% thrust but can also have a secondary effect. You should be able to get both radial thrust (Adept) gems from Ihyll giants, and triangle thrust gems from Isz giants.

The AR gained typically doesn't justify the time sink in farming them as they'll be discarded relatively quickly after acquisition. I can give some rough numbers here. So the best three story gems for a BL4 are the 18% Radial, 15% Radial Nourishing, and 18% Droplet. If you want 2 31.5% Radials with a specific Curse, the droprate is 3% ÷ 54 (3 for Ranks, 6 for Curses and another 3 for Shapes).
