When I try to close the passenger side window by lifting the power switch, it goes all the way up then bounces back to halfway shut (or open - take your pick). It won't move up again until I move it down after which i can incrementally move it up until it closes.

Then push it all the way down and hold until it stops. If it's not defective that should reset it and it will work with the driver side control as well.
