I started my Vorkath grind a few days ago. I didn't get his head on kills 1-49, but I wasn't too bummed about it. On kill #50, Vorkath killed me. But as he killed me, I fired a bolt that also killed him. His head dropped and I was unable to retrieve it. I've since done 50 more kills.
