Started with having to drive 20 miles or so before the ESS system worked. Then to 70 miles, then to never working. Dealer replaced the ESS battery last week.
I have an used 2019 Pacifica Touring L with 52000 Miles. No warranty, as I bought it as is. Over the last week, I've started getting these warning lights sporadically, usually at the end of short drives. The 3 messages that I've gotten so far are: Service start/stop; Service Shifter; Service traction controlThe emergency key inside the Chrysler Pacifica is provided as a backup measure should your key fob become inoperable to activate the doors. To access the emergency key, push the small button located on the side of the fob, which separates the fob into two pieces. Inside you will find the emergency key.The contact owns a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. We just started getting the Start Stop unavailable/Service Start Stop messages. I was able to retrieve the following stored trouble codes: U0418 - Implausible Data Received From Brake System Control Module 1.

The problems you describe sound suspiciously like the issues many others have experienced when their batteries age to a less than optimal charge. Perhaps your dealer charged your batteries when they performed the ground recall. This might explain why it worked ok for a while.
