Mammoth Hot Springs is a very popular destination (though not as crowded as the Old Faithful area) and there aren't that many parking lots: you can find 2 small near the Upper Terraces and another 5 at the Lower Terraces (see map below). My advice is to go first to the upper part and look for parking near the loop.
