When your CP3 is unplugged at the FPR and the engine cranked, the CP3 output should go to full pressure output. It doesn't look like that's happening. P0340 is Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit. It will not set the same code for camshaft sensor error, that has its own set of codes for crankshaft errors.
