As expected, Toon Disney expands to 12 noon on Saturdays to take up the slack for Jetix being dropped off ABC Family. Now, 20 of the 24 hours on weekends will be Jetix programming. I'm sure there's a new Fall schedule in store a few weeks down the line but, for Sept. 2, the Jetix-on-TD schedule will be: 06:00 am Dungeons & Dragons. 06:30 am Kong.
Toon Disney/Jetix, Nicktoons, and Boomerang were arguably my favorite channels as a kid. Funny, how they were all the parent company's side channel for older and/or more obscure programming for kids. Note: The Walt Disney Company Disney owned Saban Entertainment which held the Power Rangers franchise before being sold in 2010 after the closure of Jetix.So, Disney XD aired so many stuffs for boys like Aaron Stone, Power Rangers (Saban), Phineas and Ferb, Zeke and Luther, and etc. So, on this day there was no airings for Aaron Stone and Zeke and Luther on Disney XD. in other countries, Jetix and Toon Disney became Disney XD in mid 2009 and late 2009. especially with their local shows!!!!

Toon Disney. One of my favorite channels I grew up with. My earliest memories of it was in the 90s. I may still have it somewhere, my parents recorded a VHS tape from the channel of a marathon of "Sonic The Hedgehog." Later on it was a marathon of the good old, "House of Mouse!" Treasured that VHS for a long time.
