I personally believe UWORLD is much harder. The impression I got is that OP is at the start of AAMC qpack 1, which is probably some of the tougher passages out there. It gets much better about 1/3 of the way through it, to the point it’s much easier than UWORLD.

Both but the key is the explanations which are AMAZING. Also it gets you comfortable with seeing hard stuff and guessing which helps you stay calm on the real deal which will 100% be harder than what you’ve seen during practice at one point or another. But this past week I started the AAMC CARS diagnostic (I test March 22), and am doing noticeably worse on the diagnostic passages, like getting 4/6 or 2-3/5 on passages, as opposed to 5-6/6 and 5/5’s that I was getting on Uworld.
By the time I got to AAMC QPacks I found their content to be a breeze compared to UWorld. But I found UWorld on par with the harder section banks imo. I found UWorld to be most helpful for content review. Don't worry too much about the score, just learn. I'd suggest to do KA videos + UWorld passages for content review. Then do AAMC.
AAMC is more representative. UWorld has better explanations. Do both. UWorld and the AAMC section bank questions - not the question packs - have been the most helpful for me.
