Hey, @Dbush81. You're able to disable pre-existing injuries before a franchise starts up. Any adjustments to injuries during the season can be done through the slider via the commissioner. If you turn it all the way down to zero it should make it very unlikely for players to get injured on a regular basis.

Re: Madden 24 injuries. Update: After the patch, I managed to do a roster edit of the 75-man roster with the cook, elliot signings. I have also changed the difference for CB and S from -30 to -40 to get some more DB injuries, ingame and sim for anyone doing their own edits. The roster is on PS5 and under the tag - jittytaylor23.
