Jul 30, 2020 · I have this pc dell 9020 small form factor, At everytime I try to turn on, there is amber light blinking 2-1, then I remove the power plug and hold the power button for 15-20 sec , then I connect it again and it worked. I have a similar problem. I have an inspiron 1521 and the battery Led light on my laptop started blinking orange, but not continuous.
