The only way to use toll roads in CO is to use the Express Toll sticker where an account is set up. Unfortunately that won't help those that visit our state but I will tell everyone I know now not to use the toll roads without it. We may be added to the list of scammed since my son drove on E-470 a few months ago and didn't receive a bill either.
