09 lmm throwing p0090 code fpr circuit. I’ve changed fpr, mass air flow sensor, map sensor, throttle position sensor. Still getting code. I ohmed out my fpr wire and it’s good. I’m showing 25k-29k psi on fuel rail. I’m also only getting 2.5v-3v at the fpr plug. I’ve read it’s suppose to be 5v. any input is welcome. Thank you.

Truck starts up and sounds like its knocking then alms down a bit and sounds like a lb7 but fuel rail pressure stays around 20-23k there is no demand for it as the truck is idling. It's in limp at 2k hits a rev limiter.

The most common problem on the Duramax is the EGR. That and head gasket issues. As far as electrical issues, this is really the only other one I know of. ECM issues are not common at all. Cranks but won't start. I checked to usual stuff, fuel fite, prime, air filter, wire rubs. nothing. I did find that the 25amp fuse for the injector was blown. I unlatched and pulled the two big wire harnesses and put a fuse in and the fuse didn't blow. I pulled in the bottom harness and the fuse blew again.
