Hi there! I am doing Epic 2 and Heat at the same time. I can safely say that I feel the muscle building happens more with Epic 2. Heat is a quicker format, but it seems to be more cardio training rather than strength (in my opinion), Previously I did the shorter 1-2 week programs (beastmode, pyramid, callisthenics etc) and random Epic videos.

Fuel, while still primarily strength training, has a lot more intentional cardio/active movement in it, lots and lots of burpees, whereas Heat keeps your heart rate up simply through intense lifting and very short rest periods.
