They carry multiple base coat options, and their Super Glossy Taco (top coat) goes on like a dream and thumb is dry before I’m done painting my pinky! The infinite shine polishes are still regular nail lacquer, so you can use any lacquer base and top coat you want. Works fine, it's just regular nail polish.
