Yes! I just had something like this happen to me today. Go to your Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\logs folder and open up game.log. Scroll to the bottom. You should see whatever event caused the crash. (Actually, the whole log may just be a spam of identical entries except for the attempt number.)One fix is to add -opengl at startup args. If you get red dots/lines after opengl turn off anisotropic filtering at GPU control. Meanwhile I got more save crashes in 2.2.5 than 2.2.4 when 2.2.5 is supposed to fix it. ♥♥♥♥ PDX. Thanks much!
