I really wish I could trade during the day. 6pm-10pm there isnt much volume or volatility on Futures market tbh. From my owen experince that 11pm-7am window is generally the best to trade in but it wouldnt be quick (1-2 minute or ever 10 minute ) scalps unless your aim is to just pick up a few points here and there.
