I tried some things to recovery the device, but nothing was useful. When I tried to connect it to my pc again, the screen started displaying the image that I attached to this article, a white screen displaying an empty battery whit an exclamation mark. Since then, I can't use my Kindle. I tried some alternatives that I found in Internet:

Hi. I have a new surface laptop studio and a first generation surface dock. When I charge my computer using the surface dock I get an exclamation mark over the battery. When I charge using the power adapter that came with my laptop studio there are no issues. When I check what devices the surface dock 1 supports it lists the laptop studio.
