Ive had fitgirls sims 4 installed for over 6 months, there wasnt any issues installing it (except for my pc having only 6 gb ram, so it took a long while) but yeah, no issues so far.. you just have to be patient, it can take quite a while to install, and it takes a long time to verify after installing, but i have no complaints.
