Probably a bad wiper motor. You would need to check for power at the motor. If it has no power then you have to trace back to at least the switch at the column if there isn't a control module in between. Others with service manuals might have more info for you. I have a 2007 Dodge Durango which has developed an intermittent starting problem. The starter will crank and the motor turns over but it will not start.
