i know this is a few months old but if you use a program called revo uninstaller, it will remove all files for vortex and any registry files and left over folders after a regular uninstall. i used it to uninstall vortex and it stopped all the errors from popping up. Then I got rid of the mod fixer - kept the mods with mod fixer embedded, then installed the latest ImprovedUI mod and the script extender and now the saves all work as normal and the epilogue works too. It appears the Improved UI mod 'fixes' whatever patch 5 has done to the mod fixer.
