I picked up a used LT2000 Craftsman tractor and gave it the usual tune up, plug, air filter, oil & filter, fuel filter, battery charge, etc. After putting some starting fluid into the the carburetor it starts right up. The LT2000 has a single throttle/choke mechanism which I have not seen before.Here are the general steps to replacing the drive belt on a Craftsman LT2000: 1. Park the tractor. Make sure the tractor is on a level surface and engage the parking brake to secure it. 2. Remove the mower deck.
