My 1986 Mercury 150 XR2 Black Max cranks up and runs but when I put in the water it will not go the engine will die. I checked the fire and 3 cylinders are not firing. I also crossed the blue and red wires on the power packs and the same cylinders were out after firing engine back up. What Else would cause this To Happen.
