The SNES tracks are most likely Vanilla Lake (either 1 or 2) and a tossup between a version of Mario Circuit, Choco Island, Koopa Troopa Beach, and Ghost Valley. Donut Valley seems unlikely as there's already a version of it in MK8. Vanilla Lake is the most likely of them all due to an ad mentioning it in Coconut Mall.
