I use Kimber standard 7 or 8 round magazines for my Pro Carry II. I also use 8 round Chip McCormick Shooting Star mags. The only problem I have ever had was with one of the Chip McCormick mags. That one was an 8 round stainless steel. It would fail to completely feed rounds (various brands of ammo).
