The nice thing about Kaplan P/S is that it gives straightforward explanations, and you can refer to chapter summaries for organized definitions. In terms in comprehensive ness though, the 300 page doc goes into more detail and includes all possible testable content. I wouldn't say forgo it completely, but use it as a supplementCopy and paste section from 86 page to the "extra" tab on Anki and make sure everything make sense (comparing to 300 page). Then copy and paste certain sentences from summary with cloze deletions. This way (1) making my own cards and (2) I have a subsection of the 86 pager on the bottom where I can see the bigger picture.

300 pages will have 3x the content as the 100 page document. I disagree. The 100pg (86pg) document is way more condense and tries to fit in as much info on the page as possible. The 300pg document is far less dense, and everything down to the margins of the document show that it isn't exactly 3 times as much material.I started using the 300 page doc but was getting annoyed that there were no clear cut-offs for the sections that match the AAMC P/S sections that the jacksparrow deck (and other decks) follow. Im doing the OCD PS notes because i only have about 4 days left. I would say if you have time and you work better when given examples, 300 pg notes would be better for you. But if you are good with just knowing definitions and some examples (not all the words have examples), then the 100 pg would be more your style.

A lot of the section is passage and data based. I think if strong knowledge of the 300 page doc "guarantees" a score, it would be around 127, not 132. 130+ is a hard earned score in any section. I take Anki notes on the TPR chapters but just read the Kaplan pages so it isn't as bad especially over the course of a day.
