After a research i found K24A head gasket that can fit better. For be sure that the gasket were all pressed between head and block i decided to close a little the oil slot on the block by an epossidic glue. Before i get flamed I've searched and this is the parts list I've found to make it work supposedly. K24z3 block. K24z3 timing cover (modified) K24z4 headgasket,timing chain,guides. K20a2 head. K20a2 ckp sensor and pulser plate. K20a2 oil pump. For those that have this setup, have u had any problems with the pistons making contact with the valves?removed Z cover. the spacer will be removed for nstall A pulser plate. The MAP can read up to 10-11psi, but the ECU will throw a MAP out of range code past 8.5psi and throw the car into limp mode. 4 bar MAP isn't compatible due to no Ktuner support (at least for me). 8.5 psi should be around low 300WHP. The K24Z7 can do I think 340whp on 7psi.

The K swap is so damn expensive though. You could drop an H in your car and take the money you have left over and build a beast. Or you can fully build your F22a1. Obviously, you tune for what the engine wants, not what you think it should want. The cylinder heads undoubtedly do not flow nearly as well as the divided-port counterparts, though. Nowhere near. These engines literally operate like an older K-Series with a junk, runnerless, cast exhaust manifold bolted on, constantly.Serpentine belt is exactly the same as your current setup if you're using your K20Z3 crank pulley. If you're using the K24A2 crank pulley, you can use the one that came with the K24A2. The only difference with the K24 setup is your head sits a little higher but everything else sits at the same height as before.Oil cooler: The K24 does not come with an oil cooler. You can skip this step and not run with an oil cooler but I highly suggest swapping it over or running an external one. You'll need a 10mm allen key to remove the plug inside. Make sure you remember to put the O-ring in between the block and oil filter pedastal!The TSX K24A2 is considered the best block but usually carries a significant price premium. Let's supercharge the K24Z2/3 4cyl 2.4. Looking to increase power and highway drivability, I've been looking into powertrain mods. I am talking about where you need to accelerate from 60 to 80 briefly but the car goes into 3rd and around 4000rpm and have no real power even with full throttle. 2nd maxes out around 70 btw.I have a k24z3 (2010 tsx) block w/k20z1 head in my integra right now it runs great. its a little different since im using the crank position sensor from k20/k24a.
