Jeep wrangler limp mode reset.

Alright yall..I have asked multiple times along with a couple others about the limp mode situation and we are still clueless. Limp mode started in my 2012 a little over a year ago when the clockspring light came on then caused traction control light. At that time it threw p0390 and p0349 which are cam codes p0335 crank code and an 02 sensor code.On my way home, limp mode again. $400 dollars for that one. Transmission guy said he thought transmission was fine. So after a bunch of research I learned the 05 pcm's have a lot of problems, so I purchased a new pcm from a reputable builder for $575 installed it, and on my test drive limp mode again!!!!Similarly, replacing a bad transmission solenoid will cost you between $300-$400. The '07 through '11 42RLE transmission doesn't pay attention to axle ratio as it has its own internal input and output rpm sensors.
