Its such a difficult qbank that it really makes me double think medicine. This standardized test are bullshit. It sucks in the beginning but over time you adjust. I've generally seen people increase their overall score after completing 50% of the bank. Once you hit that point you may like Uworld lol.

The questions are also usually shorter and give you less information (I think). I failed my NCLEX a few days ago, but IMO the NCLEX is at the same level/easier than UWorld.
