I'd say moonveil is still the best int weapon, even though i've found 13 other int scaling weapons, they all for one reason or another lack the dmg potential that the moonlight has. I have on and off used this katana for almost all areas of the game, though now lategame im using it a lot less.

Rivers of blood is definitely the more raw power of the two, but you could make a preference case for either. Middle hand. Ngl bruv, upgrading both to 10 was a big waste of resources if you’re not using hacks/trainers. Moonveil primarily scales with intelligence (and dex) and RoB needs arcane to proc bleed faster.

Uchigatana with similar stats will do way more damage, and 1 shot kill with unsheathe. If you can roll through the laser, it's pretty punishable. It also costs a good bit to keep firing off in pve. I use either meteorite staff which is OP or 2 rapiers and do way more damage way faster. Katana is pretty slow and doesn’t do as much damage. Honestly wasted 2 levels to get the 12 str. Katanas seem shitty to me so far tbh. They always need another random stat for all the “good” katanas so you gotta commit to a sword, not even a build.
