My case is an EB2 - ROW, I140-I485-I765-I131 was concurrently filed and medicals were included with the initial application. 140 was premium processed and approved within a couple of weeks of submission. The application was originally in Nebraska Service Center but got transferred to National Benefits Center on February 24.
