I see homebridge, home assistant, and hubitat being the most viable options that I'm aware of. Homebridge doesn't seem to have the best zwave support. Hubitat is relatively new, and it seems like the commercial hubs come and go all the time. Home Assistant has been around for a long time and has good zwave support I think.
