The European Honda Accord is the Acura TSX in the US. Completely different car and different issue. There are known issues with the new CVT transmission. I believe there was a TSB for updating software but not sure that completely fixed it. Check with your dealer (or in this thread I believe this was already reported).

Vibration at idle is not the CVT-it ain't doing anything. I feel an engine buzz on occassion through the EPAS steering wheel which is supposed to filter out vibrations. I have occasionally felt a CVT judder in eco mode while granny driving. If I don't granny drive, I never feel anything with the CVT even in eco mode.
