Why do my voicemails not show up.
I tried the suggestion above for a known voicemail that is not showing up, accessing the *86 feature. From there I can access the voicemail, but it still doesn't show up on my phones visual list of notifications. The original incoming call does show up, just not the message that was left. I tried recently rebooting the phone. No change.

I has this issue with voicemails not showing up after a while, went to the Apple store and after they recommended I reset the phone I haven't had the issue since. Also don't restore from previous backup either, that caused the issue to persist in my case. I have an iPhone XS Max on Verizon and have had the same issue.
