The Raptor 50 is a single shot, bolt action rifle. The shooter manually loads one single cartridge. The firing pin assembly is cocked when the bolt handle is raised. The bolt is retained in the receiver and is equipped with an extractor to remove a cartridge or shell casing. A manually controlled safety prevents or permits trigger movement.

No he's talking about a .50 BMG bolt action upper for an AR lower. They do exist. Gonna need to talk to a lawyer for that one OP. I don't think having a registered AW gets you out of not being able to own a .50 BMG rifle since they are two separate laws. .50 BMG firearms are outlawed on their own, irrespective of an assault weapon ban.
