There was an NMCI advisory today - the West OWA server is on the struggle bus. NMCI WEST OWA server was taken down this weekend to start the switch for authentication certs versus the email cert. My guess is some issues with the change. This an ongoing issue that is known about. Just have to wait for it to be fixed.
