Copy and paste section from 86 page to the “extra” tab on Anki and make sure everything make sense (comparing to 300 page). Then copy and paste certain sentences from summary with cloze deletions. This way (1) making my own cards and (2) I have a subsection of the 86 pager on the bottom where I can see the bigger picture.
Do the Anking deck, since there's really no point in doing the original MD deck nowadays. The Anking deck is also better since it has multiple clozes per card, some updated and new cards, and better formatting overall. Not to mention, you could finish the deck in like a month and a half very comfortably, so don't overestimate the time required. 1.
