They are pretty close. I was always within 1-2 pts from the prediction either way. For IM I scored higher than my prediction. I will suggest that you just switch to UWorld though. I did psych, gen surg and OB COMAT. psych : 82%. gen surg : 84%. OB: 89%. COMLEX 2: 466 after a whopping 9 weeks of prep. Thus, it does not correlate. I think if you used the qbanks regularly, you would be more ready for the boards than looking at the comat scores.
