That would be very stupid. Afaik (cannot check right now) you also have different KD and stats for QP and BH. I did test it. Literally went down from 5 stars to three in a matter of one hour playing QP only. And there is no MM in QP, but your performance in PVP apparently translates into the overall MMR.
