I485 is activing now about 80 days ago, I 131 is still status " just recieved" since I apply my documents.Legal. It simply means USCIS is working on your file. Adjusting from F1 status. August 7th : Applied for i 485, i765, i130, i131. September 28th : Completed biometrics. September 29th : i765 and i485 changed to "Case is being actively reviewed". November 6th (Today) : i130 changed to "Case is being actively reviewed". I checked the documents tab under all applications.
