I rented the CSX and Shield Plus. Bought the Shield Plus. It has replaced my G43 which the P365 and Hellcat couldn't do. The trigger on the CSX I rented was meh at best. It was newish so maybe it will smooth out someday. I wanted to like the CSX. Maybe I'll try it again one day. So far, all of the micro compacts (P365, Hellcat, Max-9, Shield Plus, GX4, Mako) have all been striker-fired guns. The CSX, however, takes the hammer-fired route. The CSX is a single action only, hammer-fired micro-compact. The pistol utilizes 10 and 12 round magazines. Oh, and S&W ditched the all polymer frame, too.CSX is no bigger than my PPKs but with 12+1 of 9mm! It feels solid, being all metal, with the right amount of weight and the grip dimensions are ideal. Plus fantastic grippy texture makes it really easy to draw out even if my belt is tight—it just sticks to my fingers and comes out.
