The Chime would only play partially and the blink app said the new batteries were low. So I replaced the batteries and the doorbell stopped responding to the app entirely. i chose to reset the doorbell again and now I'm back to the blue and red flashing lights that go dark after about 30 seconds then the doorbell is unresponsive.
