This did not align with either of our schedules and was now egregiously past the original 0745 am appointment time. We had traveled 35 minutes for the appointment and we’re told we could wait 3-4 hours or reschedule. We have had Banfield plans for about 4 years, and have three plans in total. That’s about $175 every month for vet services.
