Dec 9, 2008 · Answers. Very difficult. It would be doable but it would take alot of time and money to give an Izanagi the skills you want it to have. If you have money to burn, try making higher level fool arcana persona with the skills you want izanagi to have and then perform same arcana normal spread fusions to work your way down to Izanagi.
