I think it'll help more with scrapping large amounts of loot that you can't readily dump into the scrap stash. Like, after being overburdened at the end of eviction notice or other events, having quicker access to scrap weapons will be nice.

The Enclave tent is nice, what with the ammo storage and all, but it's a little twitchy. Teammates often have a problem with it being grayed out on the map and unusable for fast travel.
