Once you remove that hub then you can see the cam gear and pin. It might be fine, and your issue is just the hub in front of it. You should be able to pull that off with a puller. They all do it, but the LB7/LLY cranks have a little more weight to them so they are preferred if you're building the motor. Not sure if it makes a difference which crank you have, I did go with a used LLY crank that was mag tested in my LMM though.
