Be sure you hot a clean air filter, and fuel filter. After that if you don't find anything I would move to the injection area. Maybe have you injectors checked.

But no check engine light. Also the lights dim every 5 seconds or so when at idle, the voltage goes from 14.5v down to 12.9 when this happens.

Regen issues, thumping sound from the motor, and a few other smaller things. The fuel pumps don't appear to be an issue on the L5P motors. At least not in the sense the LML trucks were.
