GuruSN14Y answered 4 years ago. Just solved this issue on a 2007 Pilot - D3 and D light on and blinking - engine light on - (would not shift into 4th) - mechanic changed out the transmission range sensor located near the fill tube. Issue solved. Code had come back as P0700 and P 0705.

You need to get the transmission codes that are linked to the blinking D light. I believe that there is a way to use a jumper to get blink codes. I have never had to do it, so I don't know how. Try doing a search on transmission codes on the forum, and see what other members have posted. Or try a google search on Honda Pilot transmission codes.
